I want to cancel my order. What is your refund policy?
We refund your money in full when you cancel your order and there is no driver scheduled.
The refund will go back to the credit card, PayPal, or bank account you used to pay us.
Our accounting department issues refunds within 1-5 business days from receiving the refund request.
Also,Our Storage Reimbursement Policy still applies if we missed our pick up window.
Additional Charge | Dry Run Fee
If there is a driver scheduled to pick up your vehicle, he may charge us a dry run fee of 50% of the total charge if:
- you decide to cancel in the middle of his route or when he arrives to pick up, or
- he arrives to pick up and your vehicle is already picked up by someone else, or
- the seller refuses to release the vehicle do to an outstanding balance
If we are charged, this charge will be forwarded to you.
