Export Power of Attorney

Due to increased regulatory policies, some Customs and Border Protection offices may require a Power of Attorney (POA) from the vehicle owner.

This Power of Attorney (POA) is a notarized document stating that the port has the authority to act on your behalf with regard to document signing and verification. 

In these cases, our office will contact you and let you know what forms need to be completed and what you need to do next.
