When will my pick up window start?

The guaranteed pick up window will begin on the first day that both of the following criteria are met:

1. A HaulMatch order is placed and paid (deposit or in full) prior to 12:00 PM EST/EDT

Please Note: It may take up to 3 business days to receive your wire transfer, depending on your bank. Your order will not be considered paid until HaulMatch receives and applies your funds. To make sure the funds are applied as quickly as possible, please e-mail us a copy of your wire transfer receipt as soon as you make the transfer.

2. The vehicle is confirmed paid with no outstanding balances at the auction or private seller prior to 12:00 PM EST/EDT; this ensures that it will be released should a driver show up immediately.

Our representatives update this status by making check calls to sellers twice a day: usually between 9-11 AM EST and 3-5 PM EST/EDT

To make sure your status is updated as quickly as possible you can:

Call, chat, send an e-mail or
Send us a copy of your payment receipt from the seller as soon as you pay them
