Title Mailing Process

1. We need your original vehicle Title. If the Pick Up location DID NOT give the title to our driver, please see below

  • Auction Pick Up 
    You will have to provide the auction with a power of attorney stating that they are allowed to mail the vehicle title to our office at the following address:

  • Private Pick Up 
    Please instruct the seller to mail the title paperwork to the above mentioned address; no power of attorney is required unless specified by your seller. 

2. We send the Title to customs as soon as we receive it from you, the auction, or the seller. There, it is processed and cleared for export. 

3. We FedEx your Title and the Bill of Lading to the receiving agent at the port of destination. There, you will be able to pick it up along with your vehicle.

  • Attention: Titles will NOT be mailed, until the International Title Mailing Fee is paid. Please see below for details.

4. We send you an e-mail with the FedEx Tracking number and the receiving agent's full contact information for your convenience.

Additional Charges: International Title Mailing Fee $80.00

This charge is your payment to HaulMatch for FedEx mailing of your title documents to the receiving agent in your country.

You will encounter a notice about this discounted mailing fee before placing your order.  

Unfortunately, HaulMatch cannot cover this expense for our customers because international FedEx is costly and the prices vary widely depending on the destination country and address.
