What kind of paperwork do you need to ship my vehicle?

Domestic (US):
If you are shipping to a US destination (48 contiguous states), then you can complete all your paperwork online or with a Customer Service Agent over the phone. 

Requirements:

1. HaulMatch Account
2. Completed Order Process Form
   -Full Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) 
   -Auction Stock/Lot Number (if applicable) 
   -Auction Buyer Number (if applicable) 
   -Pick Up Address & Contact 
   -Destination Address & Contact

International (non-US):
If you are exporting or shipping outside of the US (48 contiguous states) then you must provide an original Vehicle Title with no liens (i.e. no money is owed against the vehicle).
Please note: the original Vehicle Title is processed by US Customs and subsequently returned to the Customer via courier.

Requirements:

1. HaulMatch Account
2. Completed Order Process Form

     -Auction Buyer Number (if applicable) 
     -Pick Up Address & Contact  
   -Destination Address & Contact
3. Original Vehicle Title or Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO)
   -Give to the driver on pick up, or
   - Mail to:

4. Vehicle Bill of Sale 
5. Faxed or e-mailed copy of your wire transfer receipt reflecting payment to HaulMatch
6. Copy of your Passport or valid photo ID
7. Power of Attorney (if requested by the port)
